Our Story
Three Generations of Knowing Our Cattle by Name
My grandfather started this ranch in 1987 on 400 acres of shortgrass prairie. He had one rule: never sell beef you wouldn't feed your own family. We still live by it.
When grocery store labels got complicated — "natural," "grass-finished," "humanely raised," defined by nobody — we decided the simplest answer was to sell directly to families who wanted to skip the label-reading altogether.
You can call us. You can ask where your steer grazed, what it ate, how it was processed. We'll tell you, because we know.
"We raise cattle the slow way — on open pasture, with room to roam. The flavor speaks for itself."
